About:China Postal Service

My parcel arrived in England then 4 hours later back in shanghai?

My parcel when tracked states it has arrived in England then 4 hours later is back in Shanghai, how is this possible? Tracking number is RB966161087CN
Also I have another package that was sent 8 days ago and the tracking number just won't work, tracking number for this one is RC001792601CN

For the first parcel, it is very strange and it is impossible. I think something may be wrong with its system, because the tracking system is not always right. It is suggested to wait for a while patiently.
For the second parcal, I cannot track it, too. It is suggested to ask the sender to help you to to check at their local post office.
