How about the weather in Shandong (jinan) overall at the end of Nov till mid Dec?

Sunny day would be the majority during this period, but you may also meet snowy days. The temp in late Nov. ranges from -2C to 10C and in Dec. till the mid, it ranges from -8C to 6C. Prepare warm clothes!
