About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi Amanda! Do they consider Macau as a third city?

eg HKG - Shanghai - Macau would be eligible too?

HK/Macao is considered as the third region on this free transit system. But I am afraid not the itinerary HK -Shanghai - Macao is not acceptable. Becuase the destination and the place of departure should be in different region. e.g. Bangkok-Guangzhou-HK, or HK-Shanghai-Tokyo.
