changing planes at beijing capital airport

Question

I am flying from Singapore by SQ into BJ. I will change to Mongolia Airlines to Ulaan Baatar at the capital Airport. Do I need to retrieve (collect my baggage) and go through customs and immigration, then check-in again at Mongolian airline counter?

If you have the luggage check-through service from the airline, you don't need to collect it and recheck. If not, you have to recheck. For exact infor, it is best to confirm with your airline.
