Hello, I live in Gulou District, Nanjing City. Please show me the quickiest route to Lukou Aiport.

As I have no idea about your exact location in this district. Here is my general suggestion:
Walk from where you are to Xuanwu Gate Subway Station to take local metro line 1 to NJ Railway Station, near which u can find shuttle bus line 1 to the airport directly.
