Hainan Prepaid phone card

hi I will be arriving the Meilan airport and would like to get a prepaid telephone card so to make local calls for pickups.
is there any shops in the airport where I can get the phone card?
I will be arriving at 11 am and how much time ( approximate ) is required to clear the immigration .thanks
