Hi, you should bring your baby to the embassy in person for application. Documents required:
1. Application form for Chinese passport, it can be downloaded from the website of Chinee embassy.
2. A passport-sized photo.
3. Birth Certificate issued by SINGAPORE IMMIGRATION & REGISTRATION
4. You and your husband's passports (original and copy), and documents showing your baby did not join in Singaporean nationality if your spouse if a local citizen.
5. Your employment pass (original and copy).
6. Your marriage certificate.
7. A written statement as parents agree to apply for Chinese passport for your baby.
The processing takes about 10 working days, and fee is SGD 40.
