Pickup rail tickets at Shanghai PVG? Transportation to Hongqiao rail station? (time sensitive)

Arriving at SH PVG on October 25 at 2:05 pm. I need to travel from there to Ningbo, so I need to get to Hongqiao rail station. We do not want to take a taxi to the rail station. (1) Is there a shuttle to the train station or do I need to take taxi? (2) Is there a reliable way to buy the train ticket ahead and pick it up at a location at PVG to avoid all the lines at Hongqiao rail station? Thank you.
