About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I qualify for the 72 hour transit permit but don't know how to get one. Can you explain?

You need to inform your carrier airline about this transit request, and fill a form with your information. The airline will mail your information to the airport so that you will be issued a transit permit upon arrival.
