Please help me find my package RB541767382CN

Hello,
I've placed my order on September 14th, and have not yet received it though the delivery time is 15-30 days to Israel. I tried to contact the seller several times but got NO ANSWER!
I usually track my item on China post website and the status there is: Departure from outward exchange office of China since September 25th. It's been a month since that date and I still got nothing though I have got older orders from other sellers.
Would you please help me find it? and what should I do with the bad seller that simply keeps ignoring me?

I just tracked and got the same information as you did visa several different tracking systems. I'm afraid you can do nothing but wait by now.
