About:Visa Policy of China

Infant holding Singapore citizenship

My wife is from China wanted to bring our daughter Borned in Singapore holding Singapore Citizenship & passport.
Does our daughter apply for Visa or she just able to follow her mother back?
For me, I understand I able to stay for 15 days. More than that I got to apply Visa.
Pls advice. Thank you.
