About:China Business Visa

Need help on spouse visa.

Hi, my husband will be invited by the sister company of UK in PRCfor business meetings(will go there on and off). I am following him, may i know what type i will be applying? (Because it seems like there is no spouse type category or something). Please advise, thank you so much!

I think you can apply for a tourist type one. If possible, ask your husband's sister company to send you an invitation letter so that you don't prepare for the round-trip air tickets and hotel bookings.

One more question, after I browse through the visa categories, I think that my husband will need to apply for visa M type, am i right? And for tourist visa (F) and business visa (M), how long is the duration of stay? CHeers

Yes, he should apply for a M type. You can apply for a tourist type (L). Usually, each duration is 30 days.
