I am an American living and working in Beijing. I need to purchase tickets for the high speed (G) trains. How do I purchase and how do you deliver. What is I need to change or cancel tickets later?

you can book the ticket with this site with their online booking service. if you want your ticket to be delivered to you, you can provide your address in Beijing when you fill in the order. Once the ticket is issued, it will be sent to you in two working days. i have booked ticket with this site and remembered some of its policies about change and cancellation: if the ticket is sent out, it can not be changed or cancelled with the the site. You can only do it at the railway station. extra service fee will be charged if you change or cancell the ticket after it is issued. a change or cancellation request should be sent to the site through email or fax. as for this part, i suggest that you consult the operator of this site.
