About:

Quanzhou Shaolin Temple

I understand there is a very famous Shaolin Temple in Quanzhou, it is also known as South Shaolin Temple. How to go from Xiamen?? Is it open to public and what is the opening hour, which day is closing, what is the entry ticket for local and for foreigner??

There is no direct buses to reach that temple directly from XM.
From XM, it is suggested to take a bus to reach Putian first and then hire a local car to take you to reach the South Temple directly.
I heard the temple is free to enter and it opens from 08:00 to 18:00.
