Pudong airport to Taizhou (Jiangsu)

Please, how to go from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Taizhou (Jiangsu province). Our flight arrives at 7:30 am and may you say me the fastest way ?

From the airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to reach Hongqiao Airport and then you can walk to reach Hongqiao Railway Station.
From Hongqiao Railway Station, you can find the direct bullet trains to reach Taizhou. I think this may be the best method.
