Collect by myself

where I can get them. If I buy a ticket from Xian to Pingyao where are the offices in the city of Xian for collect, I can pick them up at the station of Shenzhen???

If now I do reservation Xian- Pingyao for November 10 , and Pingyao-Datong 11 November, when I will know if there is availability to my request.

there are many ticket offices in the city, and you can also collect at the railway station in Xian.
yes, you can pick them up at the station of Shenzhen.
the tickets are available 20 days in advance, so the ticket of November 10 is available on October 22.
