Visit jiuzhaigou 9th~16th November,2013. suitable time for travel?

how is the weather like and any particular things to taking care of? Thanks for your prompt reply.

It is not the best time to visit there. It will be cold then. Sometimes, the snow may begin to fall. You may not see the colorful valley if you go there in November. At that time, Huanglong may be closed.
If you really want to go, the down jacket is necessary for traveling there.
