We will arrive at Taipeh on the 9th Dec. We intend to stay 2 days in Taipeh , 2 days at Alishan and another 2 days Hualien. Please advice us on how and what type of transport to take to the places as mentioned Thanks

Taipei to Alishan: take a high speed train to Chiayi, and then transfer to the special tourist bus –Alishan Line there. It takes about 4h 30 minutes in total.Alishan to Hualien: take the tourist bus back to Chiayi and then take a train to Hualien. It takes about 9 hours in total.
