About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Regarding double entry

Hi i have a L visa for double entry.. I go in last august 5 2013 then i file my extension on august 29 2013 and the expairetion of my extension is october 5 2013, then i go to the philippines on october 4 2013...can i go back again this october 24 2013? My double entry issue dated is july 25 2013 and enter before january 25 2014

Actually my concern is can i use my second one this oct 24 2013 going to china again? Bec i file my extension on august 29 2013 it is not counted as a second entry? !?thank you

I am afraid that your second entry is invalid after your extension. So you need to apply another one if you want to come back to the PRC.

But tim i called 5 agency in the philippines and they said i can still use my 2nd one bec my first entry in china is august 5 2013 then i file my e tension on aug 29, but im not go out in PRC so i have an extra one because i go out ni PRC once...

To my understanding, the extension doesn't mean that your visa is extended. The local PSB just issues you another one. So your previous one becomes invalid.

Just my understanding, Gerald. Maybe, you can contact the embassy to confirm this.
