Hi, I have two ways for you:
1. There are direct long-distance buses from the airport to Wenzhou, leaving at 12:20 and 17:50. If you may catch that, the bus fare is CNY225 per person and it takes around 6h.
2. If you miss the direct bus, take local subway line 2 from PVG to Hongqiao Railway Station, where there are high-speed trains to Wenzhou South.
