Will Munigou and Huanglong be closed in December (1st week of December)?

Also, is it safer to travel by bus/ by plane from Chengdu to JZG during that time? During winter, will there be significantly less taxis? Should I charter a car in advance or can I book them when I arrive at the airport? Is it worthwhile to visit MNG scenic area in winter? Thanks.
