What's the coach fare from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou? Daily morning departure?

If you take that at Chadianzi Bus Sttion, bus fare is CNY118 and if you take the bus at Xinnanmen Bus Station, it costs CNY145.

yes, buses for the journey are scheduled every morning.
