Is a specialist mural artist eligible for a work permit in China

II work as a specialist wall mural artist and designer. I recently visited Guilin in China on a tourist visa, I was fortunate to meet with People who own 3 private schools, they have sent me a invitation to return to work with them not as a teacher, but as a wall mural artist and artistic designer for the many projects they are undertaking with the beautification of school buildings and surrounds, I would also be an adviser of artistic designs for promotional purposes of the 3 schools.
Would i be eligible for a working Z?
Thank you.

Yes, you can apply for work Z if the People or the school owner is registered and permitted to hire foreign employees. So, you should contact him for details and send him your resume and other documents for work permit application.
