Mural Paintings of Tang Dynasty opening hours

1. Exhibition Hall for Mural Paintings of Tang Dynasty - "This hall is open to the public on an occasional basis per week." Does it mean that it cannot be opened on the certain day even when I will be ready to pay the fee? In any case does the amount of 4000 morning tickets critical and when should I arrive?

2. Does the museum give discounts to the foreign students with ISIC card for this hall?

3. Is JIngling mausoleum opened now?

Yes, it means that. It is suggested to ask the staff before you buy the tickets, so that you will not waste the money.
It is hard to tell when is the critical time for the tickets. Generally speaking, it is suggested to go there early in the morning. As far as I know, many people will be there waiting before the museum is open.
No discount can be get with a ISID card. If you go there around May Day, you may get a 50% off discount for entering.
The Jingling relics are not shown to the public.
