According to the new regulations, you are eligible to applyfor a Q1 visa, then get a residence permit after entry. This residence permit can be issued with the maximum validity of 5 years. However, the PSB officers have the final say to your application. You can show your marriage certificate and previous residence permit as supporting documents.
