About:Shanghai Weather in February

I will be going to shanghai on Feb.2014,will be there snowing if the temperature drop to below 0°c?

Yeah, it may very lightly snow in Feb. Generally, the average temperature is around 5C and the lowest temp may fall to -2C only in several days.
