2014 Harbin ice & snow festival?

what are the dates of the 2014 ice festival?would Feb 10th be OK to visit for sculptures at Sun Island?

It will start from Jan. 5, 2014 according to the routine and last for more than a month, so you can still enjoy the sculptures around Feb. 10.
