About:Ferry of Shekou Port, Shenzhen

I land at Hong Kong airport at 4:30pm local time, then i plan to get the ferry to Shekou.

Do i need to book in advance? Also how do i know where to go once i have collected my bags from baggage claims, is the ferry terminal located inside the airport? Thanks

No need to book the ferry in advance. You don't need to go through immigration procedures or reclaim baggage at HKIA. Just walk to the Arrival Level, T1 to buy the ferry ticket and present luggage tag receipt at the Ferrt Ticketing Counter at Transit Area E2. Then scan ferry ticket and check your luggage status at the ferry boarding entrance. After that, you can get on the ferry to head for Shekou.

The ferry terminal is within walking distance from HKIA, but not inside. There is special pass for that!
