About:China Work Visa

Physical examination report for the Z visa application?

A Japanese who wants to work in Shanghai so when he apply Z in H.K. Should he needs to submit the physical examination report?

Yes, but as I know, the physical examination report is required as early as he applies for work permit, before he can apply the Z.
