relocating to Nanjing and I was wondering on traveling and moving around with a my baby's car seat and stroller... Do the taxis allow for car seats..?

and Is it easy to navigate public transportation with the baby's car seat and stroller?/

If it is foldable stroller, it is ok to take onto taxi or subway. But it may be not convenient to take a bus with that.
