Question

And I have to go with the China police every 30 days to make an extension. I was also planing a trip to India, and I give my passport to an agency here in China to arrange Indian visa. It is time for me to go to te police again and my passport is not back yet!They say Indian embassy was not working yesterday and there is some delays. Do you know what are the actions of Chinese governments with this? Any Fee?

Hi, you should better contact the travel agency and ask your passport back asap. According to the regultations, the application for extension should be lodged to the PSB office 7 days before expiration. If you do this too late, I am afraid you will be fined or refused extension of your current L.
