post office sent me a letter that my parcel has be return to china with same number. RB444742254CN

It is strange.
The information I found shows that the parcel arrived at the Hertzel 94 postal unit in Rishon Letzion for processing on October 14.
It is suggested to go to the local post office to check it again.

is it is very strange; the problem is that I think that the responsible of this srtange.. is the very one who deals with the complaints in my city Rishon; i would like to know to whom to speak in israel, the managemnet of complaints ; who could speak to her and ask for a proof that she has returned the parcel, because she sent me a letter that she did, and if it is true , i should see it under the same number, but when i phone to her she doesnt have time to deal with customers...

do you know a case where a parcell has be returned to sender(i have 2 official letters of israel post) and the number doesnt appear in any tracing or am i th first in this case?
it is a parcel which has been traced perfectly from china to israel
i refused the parcel at my local post office; the number rb444742254 disappeared from any tracking; if it has really be sent back by israel post (i have an official letter from management) when is it supposed to appear in china tracking;
if the operator in israel forgot for exemple to register the parcel in the system, will the parcel number ever appear again when it enters china for exemple?
