Why my package is in my country (Argentina) but I didnt received? rb787384787cn

The status is NULL since a month !

i helped you to check it and the last status on Sep 16 was "11:47, ARGENTINA, ZONA 1 METRO, Send item to customs (Inb)". I think the parcel may meet some trouble at the customers in your country.
It is suggested to go to the Post office of your own country to have a look.
