where to apply for z visa

do you know any place besides China Embassy to process Z in California? I mean can places such as travel agencies help process it so I dont need to drive a long way to LA.thanks,paul

Hi, you can entrust anyone else, eg. your friends or anyone you know in LA to handle this if you can not visit the consulate in person. Application through a travel agency costs much and it is not worth to do so. Sorry, I have no reference about travel agencies.
