to plan a route in shanghai

Hi there, I want to go from Pudong airport to Byiun Road 1199, SH. ThereforeI need a route planner for SH (for public transportation).Do anyone know a route planner, that shows me how to go from one point to another with public transportation in SH and that can tell me the name of the stops where I have to change or leave the bus, train etc...??
