send money through western union in china

i need send money to my Chinese friend. her name is geo yan qion.how i fill the form here. geo is her surename, if i write her full name geo is comming first name. what i do . any one help me...

If there is the blanks of FULL NAME and SURNAME, write down yan qion as the full name and geo as surname.
