in mid november is it good to visit HZ and suchou and huangshan? how about shopping in siqijing? can we find summer clothing during november?

Yes, it is good to visit in November. If you do not plan to buy in wholesale, it is not suggested buy clothes in Sijiqing. The price is not low if you just buy one piece. You can still find the summer clothes in November.
