Is there a bus from tiger leaping gorge to Shangrila. Is it frequent in November?

I will not be doing the trek - tiger leaping gorge but would like to view it.

Yes, there are buses from the tiger leaping gorge to Shangrila. The buses from LJ to Shangrila will stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge.
It is still frequent in November, so please do not worry about it.
