How to online transfer the money to Hong Kong without Postal Code?

Understood from above that there is no Postal Code for Hong Kong. However, I was unable to transfer USD to Hong Kong from my bank account in China due to unavailability of postal code, which is required at online portal to transfer the money outside mainland China. Request to guide what is to be filled in the space of Postal Code to transit the amount. Thanks in advance!
