taipei 16-24, weather?

I will be in taipei from 16 Dec to 24Dec. What will the teperature be like and what should a person with a high tolerance of cold and a person with a low tolerance of cold wear?

Based on the previous records, the average temperature is around 15 to 20C, so it is suggested to take your T-shirts and jeans. For the person with low tolerance of cold, he or she can take a thin coat, so that it may be enough for him or her.
