About:Forbidden City

Jingshan Park

Hi all.

I'm going to Beijing for the 2nd time and have visited The Forbidden Palace before. But I didn't get a chance to visit Jingshan Park in order to get a view of the palace .Any directions or recommendations on how to get there and the best viewing spots would be appreciated.

Generally speaking, the bus lines 101, 103, 109, 124, 609, 614, 619 and 685 can take you to reach the Gugong Station (Forbidden City Station) where you can take the Special Line 1 (Forbidden City to Qianmen) to reach the Jingshan Park directly.
In the park, you can travel as you like.
