Why did you get refused? Indians with valid passport should enjoy 14 daysvisa- free period in HK. Considering that you have been rejected two times, I am afraid that you might not apply for it successfully. However, you can submit your applications to the Chinese embassy in India and see if you can get it.

As your sponsor, your friend should provide filled ID1003B form, copy of his ID card and copy of his passport information page.

For you, your passport and copy of your passport info page, filled ID1003A form, financial statement, transportation arrangement (flight tickets for example) and travel itinerary are needed.

Original passport is required. If possible, you can also ask your sponsor to visit the immigration office directly for more details.
