Trip in Beijing in November, so how is the weather?

Hello there, I have planned being in that city from November 2013 until Mid January 2014 for business purpose. As I came from the tropical country and this become my first trip to that place, please give me some advice what kind of clothes I suppose to prepared. Thank you.
