Is it safe to do shopping at night(between 8pm to 10pm) in Guangzhou?
WE WERE THINKING TO travel at night time 8pm by underground to Shangxia Jiu Lu Pedestrian Street for shopping ...

Sure, it can be safe enough for shopping at night at the pedestrian. As I know, it is generally very busy at nights with many visitors.
