About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

what's a difference to apply for invitation or tourism visa?

I will travel to china for some businesses propose (it take around 15 days). Also i can get invitation letter from a Chinese resident so i would like to know that what's a difference if i apply for it by invitation letter and without it?

Hi, if you are visiting for business purpose, you must apply for type M or F with invitation letter. Tourist L is for sightseeing only, while the invitation letter is not required if you can show round-trip tickets and hotel bookings.
