rb747424837cn meant to be delivered between 20\09\13 & 07\10\13

its now the 10\10\13 still no package.is this item being delivered or not .I pay for something I expect it to be delivered or an explanation why its not. if it is on its way please send me details of who & when it will be delivered thankyou

Are u sure it is correct tracking number? I just tracked to know that it was delivered on Sep. 12 and on Sep. 14, it was in Beijing.
