Generally, your plan is doable. But I'd like to change a little for your D1 and D2 tour. The Baisha Mural is at Baishan Ancient Town, around 10km from LJ ancient town. It is suggested to see that after your Heilongtan tour, which is within walking distance from LJ old town. For the D2 tour, Yunshan Plateau and Yulong Xueshan deserve a good enjoyment, so that is enough for a day, together with Baishui River. It is a little cold in LJ in Dec., but it is still ok to travel there. Sunny days will be the majority in Dec. with the lowest temperature of -1C and the highest of 16C.
