About:FAQ on China Postal Service

what does it mean that my parcel has been reserved in francfort airport...the tracking number is RB444742254CN

and then again to shanghai and then back to munich...several to and fro...
i ordered it from shina and it is supposed to arrive to israel...?
please help me; the tracking number is RB444742254CN

"09/10/2013, The postal item arrived at the Hertzel 94 postal unit in Rishon Letzion on 09/10/2013 for delivery to the addressee."
Therefore, you will receive it soon or have received it.

thanks very much it came today but phone doesnt work the screen seems to be broken inside!? when i put the battery the screen is grey and there is a light diagonale like broken ; i ordered at deal extreme , my first time;
i dont know if the post assurance will send me money or deal exreme; i sent the parcel back from the post office after checking :-(
