About:China Postal Service

i do not understand what happen with my parcel, i am tracking it rb444742254cn!!!

it appears as if it went several time back from germany to china
what s wrong with it? please help me

Don't worry! Everything is fine. I just tracked for you and it says that the parcel is on the way to you. You will receive it in two days.

hello Rita, thanks for answer, have another question,
do you know how it works when the parcel is refused at the
post office (by the receiver): does the parcel return to the sender with the same trace
code?
and if a damage report from the post office is joined to the parcel,
will they return the parcel anyway to the sender or simply keep the parcel
until they decide if they will pay for the dammage or something else?
