i receive a parcel rb444742254cn from DX; i refuse the parcel at post office

the post office sent back the parcel to the sender in chinaI i dont find it in any tracking;
i went to israel main post office in my area, customer department and they checked : the parcel left haifa, 24 october; they gave me a letter attesting this;
how come it does'nt appear anywhere in tracking web site;
please help me; i am waiting for replacement or refund
the employee of Deal extreme customer service doesnt answer my questions in the ticket for 1 week allready!!
